Spring Order

Good evening!  I just had an order for some Springy cards, and I really enjoyed making them.  When I was at Stamp Club this past month, I learned what CASE means!  I knew what CAS was - Clean And Simple, but this one is a bit different.  If you don't know what it means, it stands for Create And Share Everything.  Which is exactly what happened with this order.  I needed to get this order out quickly, and with my lack of creativity lately, I just found some of my fave quick-to-make cards, and went at it.  Pretty much every card has a little bit of a twist on the original, usually because I don't always have the exact same products to work with.  Anyway, onto the cards!  Everything in this top card is Stampin' Up, except for the sentiment - not sure where that one came from.

I've totally fallen in love with the white embossed look with color daubed over top.  The white card stock is from Michael's, the gold ribbon from a gift, the blue sequins from Michael's (which I had purchased for something for our wedding), and everything else is Stampin' Up.

I adore this new woodgrain stamp!  The possibilities are endless!  The white and brown card stock is from Michael's, the pink from a friend, the ribbon from a gift, the sentiment from the same unknown package as the first card, and everything else - Stampin' Up!

I love the dots embossing folder from the Sale-a-bration catalogue.  Pretty much everything here is Stampin' Up, except for the green paper and glitter glue (from a friend), and the sentiment.

Everything here is Stampin' Up, except the red paper (from a friend), and the white card stock (from Michael's).

Man, I am so full of love for these cards tonight, haha!  I love the ruffled ribbon, especially in the new colors!  The white card stock is from Michael's, the glitter glue from a friend, the sentiment from somewhere.. and you guessed it, everything else is Stampin' Up.

This card ended up being one of my customer's faves!  White card stock from Michael's, sentiment unknown, and the ink and paint spatters are Stampin' Up.

I HAVE to make more of this card - or at least the butterfly embossing bit.  LOVE.  All Stampin' Up except for the natural ribbon (Michael's).

I love me my bicycles!  The stamps are from Stampin' Up, and everything else is from Michael's.  My mom gave me the heart stamps, and the string was from our wedding decorations.

And last but not least.... It's a good thing I gave myself an hour to do this card - it just went all wrong!  I wonder if anyone else has had trouble with their hexagon die - not all of my hexagons punched out, so I was sitting there cutting them out painstakingly for half an hour (at least, I'm sure)!  So the die and the stamp are Stampin' Up, the flowers and brads from a friend, the patterned paper was an anniversary present from my hubby, and the card stock is from Michael's.  Hope you like - have a good night! <3 JEM

New Stuff!

Creative title, I know :)  Here's a few cards I've made over the past month.  This first one was for my hubby's friend's wedding.  I really liked what Stampin' Up had done to showcase this stamp in the Annual Catalogue, so I decided to recreate it for this card.  It was a very beautiful wedding.

This card was for some friends who have had a crazy February.  Within three weeks they had lost their grandmother, mother, and celebrated the birth of their daughter.  I found the idea on pinterest and just used what I had.

This card was made at Stamp Club this month.  I absolutely love the Sale-a-bration embossing folder and cannot wait for it to arrive and be mine :)  I'm also in love with the DSP so I ordered some of that, too.

We learned about mirroring stamps at Stamp Club and came up with this beautiful card.  I gave it to my hubby this past week when we celebrated our 3rd anniversary!

And finally, this card is for a baby shower I'm going to tomorrow night.  I have loved this stamp for a long time, but never had the markers to pull off the multi-colored effect.  Now that I do, I just love the way it looks.  Hope you enjoy! <3 JEM
